Bookings And Payments

30% of deposit will be requested when bookings have been confirmed. Remaining balance must be made 3 days prior to the party. Payments can be made via internet banking.

How much space do I require?

Each tent plus bed is approx 1.0 m wide x 1.85m long. The teepee tents can either be set up facing or alongside each other, We can configure tents in different ways depending on your space.

How long does it take to set up?

We recommend allowing 10-15 mins to set up for a standard bed and also 10-15 mins for pack down.

Cleaning and Laundry

We fully understand how important hygiene is. We use professional products and machines to clean tents, all  liners will be cleared by commercial laundry.

What if some property breaks?

We understand that sometimes small things happen during the kids party. There is no penalty if it's not severely damaged and affects use for next time.
